    Blue Mouth Promotions, LLC (BMP), wants to get an idea from you, our fans, about the best places for bands to play in your area. Sorry, this doesn’t guarantee we’ll be playing in your backyard next time we’re out but if we can help BMP identify great venues and contacts they’ll have the potential to send some fantastic bands your way. We can’t think of any better way to find the best places than to see where you go to listen to music!

    Not all venues are right, so here’s what we’re looking for:
    1. Venues with approximately 150-400 person capacity

    2. Great sound system and sound guy

    3. THE place to play in town, even if it’s not quite as described above

    4. Links and contact person/number at the venue if you know anyone there

    5. City and State of venue

    Tomorrow (Tuesday Feb. 5th) Bill Lonero will be doing a special clinic at King Amplification in Santa Clara, CA. It will also be a sort of drop in guitar lesson where Bill will do some individual instructions as well. Bill will be discussing playing techniques, playing live, touring, recording, effects and more. There will be a giveaway of some Jim Dunlop Guitar Products (Strings/Guitar Picks).   • Major Labels Stripped of YouTube Views!

    We all know that major record labels boost numbers of their artists but this I find laughable!! Major labels such as Universal Music Group, Sony/BMG, RCA and more have been stripped of millions of views on various artist Youtube accounts (with Universal being hit the hardest losing more than 2 billion hits), due to a breach in Youtube’s Terms of Service.

    This just goes to show that the major labels shift of importance is no longer creating legends. They'd rather put out dime-a-dozen, cookie-cutter crap that won't last longer than a gallon of milk! This absolutely made my New Years awesome!!

  • Tour Rescheduled

    Hey everyone -
    Good news and bad news. Good news is that the LoNero/Paul Di'Anno tour is still happening. Bad news is it's been postponed until end of May/June. Paul's Visa still hasn't been approved. It's can be a long process and we all thought it would be approved by now. We hope to have the new dates today. It's actually for the better. The weather will be much nicer and we won't have to drive in blizzards. Plus we will be even tighter on the songs than we already are. 

    We were ready to head out on the road but the circumstances are beyond our control.

    Out of 22 songs we have to learn for the Paul Di'Anno tour we only have three left! It's been really cool learning the rhythms, different harmonies for these songs and the solos. The first two Iron Maiden albums were really the birth of Progressive Metal. We are definitely going to rock these songs on the tour! Can't wait! This is a list of songs we will be performing:

    LoNero are heading out on a 25 city tour across the United States with original Iron Maiden vocalist Paul Di'Anno starting on December 21st and ending January 20th. We will be main support for Di'Anno as well as his backing band. Some expenses are paid for however it is still expensive to go on tour. Things like merchandise, fuel etc costs a lot. Unfortunately we don't have a major label supporting us.
    From the beginning we have always gone against what is the trend of the day. We play music we are passionate about and others are passionate about listening to. To us the most important thing is the music and the fans.

    Our fans have always been some of the most loyal around and we can't thank each of you enough. For years we've been getting emails from fans asking us to play near them. This tour is our way of finally bringing our music directly to you. It's very important for us to do this nationwide tour to meet our fans. They've stuck with us through the years and it's the least we can do to say "thank you" personally.

    What We Need and What You Get

    • We need to raise $10,000 for a van, more merchandise, fuel, etc. 
    • $2,500 for van rental
    • $1,500 for fuel
    • $4,500 for merchandise (CDs, shirts, posters, stickers)
    • $1,500 for miscellaneous
    • What you get for helping us is everything from a shoutout on our Twitter/Facebook page to autographed CDs, personal phone calls, backstage passes and even dinner with the band before a show. A few of you will even get to hang out during soundcheck, get a guitar lesson backstage and more (full details of perks are available on the campaign page).
    • Even if we don't reach our goal any funding will still go towards the tour (but we really hope we can reach our goal of $10,000)

    The Impact

    • Your contribution is invaluable to us. By contributing any amount you will be helping us get our music out there to a wider audience. Live music is suffering because less and less bands can afford to tour. We LOVE playing live and want to bring our passion to our fans.

    We are proud to announce some news that we've been keeping to ourselves for a little while.  Ex-Iron Maiden vocalist Paul Di'Anno has asked LoNero to tour with him across the United States starting December 20th. Here's the kicker though....not only will LoNero be main support but we will also be his backing band which means if you come to the show you will see and hear us performing all the classic Iron Maiden songs like " Wrathchild", " Running Free", " Genghis Kahn", " Murders in the Rue Morgue" and many many more with the original Iron Maiden vocalist.

    We are really excited about this because it gives us the opportunity to play for our fans across the U.S. and play with a true rock legend. Below is a partial list of the tour dates. More are being added and will be completed by the end of October. We really hope to see you at a show!
