It's an honor that a young group chose to name themselves I.C.B.M. Unfortunately, the name was already taken by a group from NYC as far back as 1981. I still have their poster of one of the many perfomances they toured on in NYC as well as match books. Produced by Alan Plotkin and represented by atty at law Jeffey Jacobsen Esq. It may be best for the current I.C.B.M. to find an new name. Sorry about that.
Regards, Bass player of the original I.C.B.M.
I was kinda impressed by his (or their) stuff at BSE Recordings, but I still have no clue why such artists/groups like ICBM, Rawthang, Sinthetix and a lot of others just disappear or disband. It's not fair.
2 CRUST bands from Canada both sharing the name IBCM; the first band from Ottawa formed in 2004 and disbanded in 2006, they was a female fronted band. The second band from Edmonton and not much infomation available on them.
