    Billy sir you happen to e a genius. so much hate for such a talented man, who himself writes good music i mean APC is his and maynards band, the sound comes from the fusion of them. and his own stuff is good in itself. its his thing and hes pretty genius. although maynard outdoes him in wine just saying lol

    its official, this man can do no wrong by me.. LOVE ashes divide, not one bad song on the debut album.. missed the apc tour this fall.. hopin to catch ashes divide next season to make up for it.. LOVE YOU BILLY!!!

    I absolutely love APC and the work Billy Howerdel has done with that band. (except Emotive which sucked!) I got turned on to Ashes Divide from an interview with Josh Freese who made it seem like AD was the second coming of APC. Sadly, Its not quite as cool and is really missing Maynard on the vocals! I am still a fan of this album but its nowhere near the power and emotion in 13th Step and Mer de Noms

    Honestly, coming from a Tool/APC/Puscifer fan, I usually skip anything by this band (artist) but this one wasn't so bad for me. It's like the rest of the stuff is in between prog/atmospheric and mainstream and it's in a bad sort of limbo - he needs to lean one way or the other more. And this is mainstream/catchy enough that I don't mind it.
