qlacs foo-scrobbler made me so angry when after updating foobar it didn't scrobble everything. Luckily I went through the options and solved the problem :) 'only submit tracks from the media library" you damn option killed 100s of scrobbles :P

ShazaMeisteR I fucking love you foo_audioscrobbler, I could not imagine the world without you. I hate the damn last.fm client, and as long as they continue allowing this plugin, my life will remain happy. For those wondering if this still works, yes, it does. Flawlessly.

holesinhope does this not work anymore? did last.fm do an update. my tracks say they shipped off and the handshakes were awesome, but they no show up on my page? hmmmMmmhmmhmhmhmhmmm

j7ndominica The latest version can apparently scrobble *any input*, and generate the standard Artist / Title / Album submissions by a Title Formatting script. Too bad it doesn't work in my old Foobar.

xKorbo Anyone know of a way to make a button to turn this on and off in Columns UI? The component has no menu item, which Columns UI needs in order to make buttons.

This component does not rely upon the Last FM client software and has not demonstrated any incompatibility so far. I've used if for a couple months. Browsing artist biographies belongs to a web browser, and users shouldn't un-learn how to use one. I have audioscrobbler 0.3.15 and it still works for my version of foobar. Nice that this site doesn't intentionally disable it.

gr8dude It is awesome that it scrobbles not just local files, but songs played via online radio streams (provided that the song titles are streamed as well).

Our stats show that you've listened to radio through an application that uses our old streaming protocol. On 1 December we will deprecate this old protocol, so in some applications radio will no longer work. If you would like to continue enjoying Last.fm Radio, consider upgrading to a new application or using http://www.last.fm/listen - Is there an update on foo_audioscrobbler coming to address that issue?

theemstra Supertramp2192, when you're starting a song, wait 20 seconds and it WILL show up, if you've enabled upload to LastFM.

i use foobar v 1.1.13. i unzipped it and copied the dll file to components. enabled and entered my information. It shows 0 tracks in the cache. How exactly does it work ? thank you.

Smin0 Out of interest, what's the current foo_audioscrobbler version? Mine says 2.3.1, and I'm sure it was included in the default install. If I needed to update it at some point, where would I go?
