    @nickey_erskin: There's various types of emo. In music, it can either relate to the lyrics or to the actual sound. Most bands tagged as "emo" are so because of the lyrics and not actually the sound. Then, there's also the visual "emo", aka clothing, hairstyle, make-up, etc. It doesn't always have to relate to sad things.

    hi people! ive just joined this group. i recommend a band i have recently found on this site that are not very well known and they fucking kick ass! they are called Yesterday's Rising. if you are on itunes, you can find them there. if you like them give me a shout! im not going in to what genre they are but they sing and scream!
