I agree with everything you said. Except don't forget The Format.

  • Define Great Line by far, only new Brand New can top it, if it'll be released

the format has smited everything so far. unless sufjan's illinoise b-sides are amazing, i think the format has claimed 06. however, acceptance and anberlin will both have amazing releases.

    gonnae no' dae tha'?
  • new brand new is horrible and i'd say the format (Dog problems) or head automatica (popaganda!)

Saying new Brand New is horrible is a bit harsh.. I think it needs a chance. But a lot of the songs on Popaganda are excellent.

No chance is Popaganda the top. Not even top five.

Chili Peppers, mewithoutYou, Brand New, The Format, and Muse will be top five most likely. Dashboard Confessional will surprise a lot of people, I think.

no way is the new chili peppers cd at the top. they've been making the same music for ten years.

i haven't heard the new mewithoutyou, or the format.

brand new's new stuff is terrible, there is no reason you should like it.

muse's new cd is average from an average band.

chris carraba needs to just go away.

While that's true, doesn't make it bad. It's a damn solid set and I have yet to hear of another record that would knock it out of the top 5.

If you're talking about the Brand New demos, they're using only one of those on the new album. There's no reason not to if you haven't heard it, dumbass.

Muse owns most of the bands in your top 10 technically and musically.

While yes, Daryl is amazing, Popaganda just doesn't match Decadence. Never will. It's good, but disappointing.
