    @cutecyte: I didn't have a problem with the quality of PCR products but with a new Taq Gold polymerase that had lower enzymatic activity then Taq Gold I used before (different lot numbers). The company agreed to replace chemicals at their own costs and now i'm using Dream Taq from Fermentas and it's awesome! <3

    I love the studying of genetics. How can PCR not be worshippd? its one of the best things ever invented imo. Pure genius. even though it was done under the influence of LSD.
