RSS of Recommended Free MP3s not escaping '&' in <guid>

My RSS podcast of Free MP3s currently includes this song:
On My Level Feat Khaki Blu, J-Mizz & Bigg Tex

The problem is that the <guid> element in the feed has the following content:
    <guid isPermaLink="false">http://www.last.fm/music/Rapture/_/On+My+Level+Feat+Khaki+Blu,+J-Mizz+&+Bigg+Tex</guid>
The '&' character is unescaped so the XML is not well-formed, '&amp;' should be there instead.
(<title> and <enclosure> escape the character properly.)

As a consequence, some RSS readers won't accept the feed.

At the moment, it can be seen in my podcast at:
    http://ws.audioscrobbler.com/2.0/user/xArclight/podcast.rss
    on line 71.

    Validation result:
    http://feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?url=http://ws.audioscrobbler.com/2.0/user/xArclight/podcast.rss

Thank you in advance for resolving this issue.

Was there a resolution to this problem? I am unable to use the RSS feed on my website any more (for my journal entries)... I get: line 51, column 125: XML parsing error: <unknown>:51:125: not well-formed (invalid token)
when I tried to verify it and also the following date problem: line 7, column 51: Implausible date: Thu, 1 Jan 1970 00:00:00 +0000

I'm also wondering why when I click on the RSS button it's not showing the latest info.... I added a "test journal" and it never appeared. Is the RSS broken altogether?

    Thanks.
