Mon 12 Apr – AFI, Sick of It All, The Dear And Departed

This was the first time I'd been up to Birmingham for a gig (as I'm from Bristol) But I vowed that I would make sure I saw AFI when they toured for Crash Love.

The setlist was amazing, good sound, but the crowd seemed to be there just to fill space. The centre of the crowd knew what they were doing but the rest were like video phone zombies =/

I was really into the who gig, dancing and singing along but everyone around me on left of the stage were motionless. Must have looked really awkward haha.

In conclusion it was a wicked preformance by the band but the crowd draged it down completely. Not a good 1st impression of Birmingham really!
Bristol could have done way better ;D
